His eyes glow with a preternatural light, like two red fires piercing the night. The figure is surrounded by a swirling cloud of bats – as if nature itself were protecting his appearance. The stone floor glistens with freshly fallen rain, and the damaged stained-glass windows let in cold, refracted moonlight. The whole evokes an atmosphere of tension, power, and impending disaster.
